Cozy stay with a few hiccups
We stayed for one night in a double room. The bed was super comfy, but the window wouldn’t shut all the way, causing a bit of a whistling sound from the wind. We handled it by pulling the curtains shut. Breakfast had a little mix-up, but nothing major. a solid experience with good food options in the lounge area.

I loved the friendly staff and found everything conveniently placed, with both Coleshill Memorial Park just a short stroll away and a variety of restaurants right outside the door, making it easy to grab a bite after a day of exploring. For weekend travelers who enjoy a good city walk, this spot was just what I needed to recharge.

Oh, the curry at the nearby Indian Lounge was proper tasty! Not to mention, the staff were absolutely top-notch, making every meal feel like a right treat. Plus, my spacious Twin Room was comfier than my own gaff!
The decor is looking a bit tired, and while the cleanliness is decent, it could definitely do with a little sprucing up. Just a cheeky bit of TLC would make all the difference!

I loved the charming atmosphere of the hotel, with its cosy bar featuring crooked walls and low beams, making it very inviting for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, ensuring I felt comfortable during my stay.
Improved accessibility features would be beneficial for seniors.

missingWrote a review on 17 Julnoise disturbances
Noise is the biggest issue here. music and chatter from the bar make it feel like you're trying to sleep in a club, not a hotel. The bathroom needs refurbishment too. the old bath fills with water during a shower and isn’t safe without a bath mat. Availability issues were annoying as there was often no one at reception, adding to a feeling of neglect during our stay.
